I started Gabby's G-Fit in 2012, and I'm pretty sure I'm a G-Girl for life!

 

This program will change your life.  I was almost 260 pounds and a total couch potato when I started. I didn't think I was cut out for it when it was described to me as boot camp, but here I am now in my 5th round and going strong.

 

We are so much stronger than we realize, and with the right program and support there's no limit to what our bodies and minds can do. The thing that has kept me coming back is knowing that I won't ever be judged for being bigger or slower, and I won't ever have to finish last. Every other woman and our amazing trainers are right by our sides every step of the way cheering us on and finishing with us and pushing us to do our best.

 

This program is the most intense thing I've ever done, but it is also one of the best things I've ever done for myself and for my health. The results and the change that you will see in yourself both physically and mentally make it all worth it. I am gaining not only strength and muscles, but amazing friends and confidence that I haven't had in years if ever. This program teaches you to believe in yourself and your inner strength.

 

The first picture was right before I started G-Fit, I weighed 257.8 and was in a size 22. The second picture was after my first round, and I had lost about 12 pounds and 14". The third picture was after my third round.

 

The clothes that I could barely button in round one were now falling off, and I was finally out of plus sized clothes! The fourth picture was last week the start of my fifth round, and I am now down a total of 59.2 pounds and over 56"! I can fit in a size 16, and I am finally under 200 pounds putting me at my lowest weight since 2006!

 

If I can do this ANYONE can. Try it out for a month. You've got nothing to lose and EVERYTHING to gain!
