Krystal’s Story

Meet fitness instructor, Krystal Deal!

Krystal is recognized as a professional athlete after ranking #1 in all classes of the Global Bodybuilding Organization 2022 competition. She is also an athletic coach, International Sports Science Association certified personal trainer and Level 1 nutritionist from New Orleans, Louisiana.

Krystal has a foundational background in flag football, dance, and track & field. Her fitness offerings include but are not limited to HIIT training, weightlifting, boxing, strength and conditioning, and meal plans.
