This is an educational period that teaches you everything you need to know about nutrition, how it works in the body, and why dieting doesn’t work.
This can take 1.5 to 2 hours.
The body is designed to identify when we are trying to lose weight, and as a fail safe it will hinder or completely stop our progress (again why dieting doesn’t work), so we have to keep our nutrition intake constantly changing to keep the weight coming off.
This takes 30 to 45 minutes and can take 1.5 to 2 hours.
No one ever should have to go through the process of losing unwanted weight again. This phase is designed to help you maintain every pound you worked so hard to lose. A calorie based meal plan and using the principles of Phases I and II already in place, so you can maintain your weight and enjoy (in moderation) the foods you most enjoy.
This takes 45 to 60 minutes.
